Moving on from the fixation...
Sometimes, we would experience a sort of emotional fatigue. Well, I did. The past few months before 3rd year ended, were tough. STRESS.DECISIONS.REJECTION.LIES...emotional SURRENDER. And now, I'm still bothered about the events that happened...the floating worry and lost care still haunt. I moved on from the terrible events (what happened, already happened...I couldn't do anything about it), but my mind is still confused...my emotions--perplexed, fixated.
But do I still have to worry about what happened, when I know there's so much to look forward to?
What I've learned:
1. If you got rejected, it doesn't mean that you're not good enough. Maybe you're in for something much more than great.
2. If you decided to let go of someone, it doesn't mean that you'd stop caring. Maybe you just need an ample of space to know how much strength you'd need to be able to hold on once again.
3. If you get so tired, it doesn't mean you're weak.
4. If you lied, it doesn't mean your incapable of genuine respect. Maybe you're just scared to inflict damage.
5. If you think everything's falling apart, it doesn't mean that you can't put the pieces back together. Sometimes, our hopes deteriorate so we can reconstruct our thoughts...and build greater dreams.
